A Report on the Corporate Social Responsibility Programmes undertaken by KIER Building Maintenance North with specific reference to employer engagement and training.

Northern Education is reviewing the extent to which employers are aware of the new diplomas and how they are engaging with the 14-19 age group. As part of this review, this report focuses on international construction company Kier, a leading light nationally in helping this age group into training, education and work. Kier’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects address the fundamental social issues being championed by central and local government, delivering tangible benefits to the regions in which Kier works and helping to develop sustainable communities.
