Yes, we are always interested in talking with headteachers wishing to explore professional development opportunities. We are frequently asked by LAs to look for a range of specialist support to the leadership of schools. These include interim headship positions to manage change, temporary headship to support a school through an unexpected crisis, Associate headteachers to provide experienced consultancy advice to schools in challenging circumstances as well as headteachers to undertake specific short-term research-and development activity on behalf of an LA or regional body.
