Want to work for us or advertise with us? Here are a few pointers.

I am a successful headteacher in a comprehensive school. I would like to consider being an interim manager for a year. Is this something I could explore with the company? Who would I speak with?

Yes, we are always interested in talking with headteachers wishing to explore professional development opportunities. We are frequently asked by LAs to look for a range of specialist support to the leadership of schools. These include interim headship positions to manage change, temporary headship to support a school through an unexpected crisis, Associate headteachers to provide experienced consultancy advice to schools in challenging circumstances as well as headteachers to undertake specific short-term research-and development activity on behalf of an LA or regional body. If you wish to arrange an opportunity for an informal and completely confidential discussion about professional development opportunities, please see our vacancies page for more information.

I am a Deputy Head of a successful school and would like an opportunity to work in a challenging school in order to extend my experience. Would it be possible for you to arrange a secondment?

We are asked to find interim managers at Deputy Head level to work in schools for periods of up to a year. If you were interested in exploring this we would suggest that you send us your CV so that we might consider confidentially exploring the possibilities with you.
